
Lindy is a past Occupational Therapist and current Public Artist and project coordinator. Lindy is recognised for combining her skills as an occupational therapist with her arts practitioner and project coordinator roles. Her practice focuses in the areas of process driven art projects. Her work and projects can be found in a variety of locations including play spaces and healthcare settings.
Lindy is also a lacemaker. She has made bobbin lace for over half her life and her current projects involve introducing contemporary lace works into the public realm, bringing lace ‘beyond the doily’.
Lindy’s studio is based in the Eltham, Victoria, Australia. Nature and the interactions of everyday life heavily influence Lindy’s work.
